01 · FIND
Locate the official source
Before we gather anything at all, we record where it comes from, how it is reached, how often it changes and what that source does not cover.
How we work
Every sentence we publish leads back to an official document, the exact passage and the version we read.
01 · FIND
Before we gather anything at all, we record where it comes from, how it is reached, how often it changes and what that source does not cover.
02 · PRESERVE
The raw file receives a SHA-256 fingerprint and an immutable key. One copy never overwrites another.
03 · LINK
Dates, actors and statements keep their link to the document that supports them.
04 · PUBLISH
Every published statement has to lead back to the exact passage behind it. If we cannot show you that passage, the sentence does not go on the site.
THE METHOD ON ONE DOCUMENT
The four steps above describe what we do. This is a document that is actually in the archive, going through them. Every value in this section comes from the published archive, not from hand-written text.
