Public information
Impacto Público organises sources and records to make consultation easier. Official acts and documents keep the authority of the public body they come from. We state the origin, the date of observation and the known limits; we are not a substitute for legal advice or for an official certificate.
Personal area
The account allows dossiers to be saved in a private list and a reversible position to be taken when that feature is active. A position represents only the voluntary choice of that account on Impacto Público: it is not a vote, an official signature, a poll or a sample of the population.
A person must use an identity they control, protect access to their sign-in provider and not attempt to get around the security limits. The service may be suspended to protect the platform or to comply with a legal obligation.
Availability and corrections
We seek to keep the service available and the records accurate, but an external source may fail or be changed. Relevant corrections stay in the public record. A person may delete the account at any time.
