Tendo em consideração que o número dos postos de trabalhos tem vindo a aumentar é necessário aumentar o licenciamento da própria central e adquirir mais telefones. a versão do software da central telefónica é ainda a versão R10.1 ( versão na altura da aquisição) e uma vez que já existe a versão R11 é de todo conveniente proceder ao upgrade da versão uma vez que o salto da versão R10 (instalada) para a R12 (futura versão) é um salto de 2 versões o que implica custos bastante mais elevados do que os do upgrade de uma versão para a versão imediatamente a seguir. Neste contexto é fundamental proceder ao upgrade da versão R10.1 para a versão R11 e adquirir telefones, bem como o respetivo licenciamento para a central.
