Proteger e resgatar recursos danificados em sistemas agroflorestais (terrestes, aquáticos e ribeirinhos). Preservar os recursos hídricos. Proteger a floresta contra incêndios. Supervisionar e efetuar funções técnicas em manobras de colheita florestal. Comandar operações de viveiro florestal. Dominar o ordenamento florestal, com as implicações que tem ao nível da gestão e ordenamento cinegético e dos recursos hídricos. Interagir com comunidade escolar e estar habilitado para responder às pretensões tão diferenciadas e heterogéneas que lhe possam surgir, ao abrigo da candidatura aprovada NORTE-08-5266-FSE-000184 - "DESENVOLVIMENTO INTEGRAL DAS CRIANÇAS E JOVENS / PROJETO VALPAÇOS".
