A intervenção tem como objetivo proceder à substituição integral da cobertura inclinada na área da piscina de modo a melhorar a eficiência energética do edifício, reduzindo as perdas térmicas de acordo com relatório de auditoria energética. A cobertura atual em painel sandwich encontra-se degradada devido ao desgaste normal de utilização consequente da exposição e tempo de vida útil do próprio material. Pretende-se assim substituir os painéis que revestem a cobertura, por painéis mais eficientes, mantendo a estrutura existente e melhorando a eficiência energética do edifício com redução de custos com energia no aquecimento e arrefecimento do espaço.
