O procedimento de ajuste direto tem por fundamento a alínea a) do n.º 1 do artigo 20o do DLR n.º 27/2015/A, de 29.12,e ao abrigo do DL 60/2018 que dispensa no seu n.º 1 do artigo 3o a aplicação da parte II do CCP.
