O presente procedimento é adotado ao abrigo do disposto no Decreto-Lei n.º 40-A/2026, que estabelece um regime excecional para intervenções relacionadas com tempestade Kristin A presente contratação justifica-se pela necessidade urgente de intervenção nos arruamentos, estradas, caminhos florestais e vicinais da freguesia, os quais ficaram danificados e intransitáveis na sequência da retiragem do material lenhoso. Esta situação compromete a segurança da circulação de pessoas e veículos, dificultando igualmente o acesso em caso de emergência.
