Aquisição de serviços de Internet e TV Fibra: O serviço Internet e TV Fibra deverá garantir a entrega do serviço especificado no ponto “Internet Fibra”, ao qual deverão ser acrescentados 150 canais de televisão que deverão ser entregues em interface coaxial (radio frequência) e com pelo menos uma set top box, com interface HDMI. O serviço deverá permitir a visualização das gravações residentes no DVR ou na rede do fornecedor. Deverá ser possível aceder a todos conteúdos com pelo menos uma semana de idade face à data de exibição do conteúdo, pelo respetivo canal de TV.
